The 2 million square foot, mixed-use development is located in Richardson, Texas. We provided tenant construction representation and FFE management services to the project’s major occupant—a large, national insurer.

• Phase I was a 1.5 million square foot project with three Class A office-buildings completed in May 2015.
• Phase II was a 500,000 square foot project with one Class A building completed in December 2016.
